Reservation Requirements
We are a reservation based venue. All guests must have a confirmed reservation.
Check-In Process
Please present your reservation confirmation on your phone or bring a printed copy. Security will verify your booking.
All guests must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID showing their date of birth. Accepted forms include a driver’s license, passport, or qualifying public assistance photo ID. No exceptions.
To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, security screening is required each time you enter, including re-entry. Screening includes a bag or purse inspection and a security scan.
Group Booking Policy
Up to 10 guest can book from one reservation. All guests must arrive with the reservation holder. We will seat up to 5 guest for a 10 guest booking. If the parties are not ready at the booked seating time, you will be seated with the guest present. If your booking results in any "No Shows" or several "No Shows", the reservation holder will be responsible for full "No Show" fee which is $5. I suggest if a member of your party will arrive at different times, they should book individually. We may be able to accommodate seating together but can not guarantee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you or any guests cannot attend, please cancel or modify your reservation at least one hour before your scheduled seating time. Use the link in your reservation confirmation receipt to cancel, change your reservation time, or update the number of guests.
All guests must be present and ready to be seated at the scheduled time. If any guests are absent and the booking was not cancelled or modified at least one hour in advance, a $5 no-show fee will apply to the reservation holder—the person who made the booking.

Guests who are present will be seated. Seats reserved for absent guests may be released to other customers.
Verification & Entry
Once your reservation, ID, and payment or active membership have been verified, you will receive a wristband for entry. Please keep your wristband on throughout your visit and present it each time you enter. Your wristband confirms that your lounge access has been verified.

We have a variety of memberships designed to accommodate all levels of customers. There is a membership for the occasional guest who entertains for special occasions. There is the membership for the customer that wants a relaxing afterwork get away. There is the membership that setups the meetup and hang out spot. Memberships are available for 3-months, 6-months and 12-months. You can start using it from the date of purchase.
The “Smoke & Sip ” Club members enjoy access to High n Heal, CBD Lounge.
Day Pass
If you are not a member, you must purchase a Day Pass to enter the Venue.
The fee for the Day Pass is $25 per person. (For a Limited time $10). You can book the Day Pass online at the reservation checkout.
All food, drinks and other items are ordered and paid for a-la-carte at the venue.
Gratuity is added to every dine-in purchase at a rate of 20%.
