Reservation Responsibility
Please cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation if you can not attend. Reservations that are not cancelled in time and result in a no-show may be charged a $5 no-show fee per person. This helps us manage our limited seating and provide availability to other guests.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least
2 hours before your scheduled reservation time. This allows us to offer your reserved seating to other
guests.
No-Show Policy
If you or your guests do not arrive for your scheduled reservation and no cancellation is received at least 2 hours in advance, the reservation will be considered a No-Show.
A
$5.00 No-Show Fee will be charged to the reservation holder for each Day Pass reservation that is not cancelled within the required timeframe.

Group Booking Allowed
All guests must arrive with the reservation holder. If the parties are ready at the booked seating time, you will be seated with the guest present. If the booking results in in a NO SHOW or several NO Show, the reservation holder will be responsible for full payment as well as No Show" and their entire party. Each guest must present valid ID and meet age requirements for entry. Each patron will be searched upon entry.
Check-In Process
Upon arrival, all guests must check in with security. A valid government-issued ID is required. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Verification & Entry
Your reservation receipt will be scanned for verification. Once approved, you will be issued a wristband for entry.
Security Screening
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, security screening is required prior to entry. Each reentry.

If you plan to visit Smoke & Sip more than once, a Membership may offer better overall value than purchasing a Day Pass each time. Designed for returning guests who want a more consistent lounge experience and lower access cost over time. Membership is intended for frequent repeat access.

HOW IT WORKS
We require a reservation for entry to the Venue. Whether it is a Day Pass which is for single entry and for non members or membership.
You will need to click the reservation date and time to secure your reservation and pay the fee.
We have limited sitting, as customers book in advance. We encourage you to book early. Please see dates and hours of operation.
If your preferred date/time is not available, contact us by clicking here with "Reservation Request" in the subject line of form. We will get back to you with the contact info you provide in the email.
Reservations can be made for up to 10 guest.
RESERVATIONS
Your Membership will consist of a QR Code specific to your profile, email and mobile number.
The QR code will be sent to your email.
We encourage you to save this email for future access.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER WITHOUT A CONFIRMED BOOKING RESERVATION.
DAY PASS
The Day Pass fee will not include any food or drinks. It simply grants you access to the venue.
All food, drinks and other items are ordered and paid for a-la-carte at the venue.
Gratuity is added to every dine-in purchase at a rate of 20%.
There are "To-Go" packages.
If you do not consume all of your food you will be able to take that with you.
SECURITY
Security will require the QR Code from your receipt connect to your online profile. Your ID to confirm age of 21 years is mandatory.
IMPORTANT: NO WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED! YOU WILL BE SEARCHED, throughly.

We have a variety of memberships designed to accommodate all levels of customers. There is a membership for the occasional guest who entertains for special occasions. There is the membership for the customer that wants a relaxing afterwork get away. There is the membership that setups the meetup and hang out spot. Memberships are available for 3-months, 6-months and 12-months. You can start using it from the date of purchase.
The “Smoke & Sip ” Club members enjoy access to High n Heal, CBD Lounge.
Day Pass
If you are not a member, you must purchase a Day Pass to enter the Venue.
The fee for the Day Pass is $25 per person. (For a Limited time $10). You can book the Day Pass online at the reservation checkout.
All food, drinks and other items are ordered and paid for a-la-carte at the venue.
Gratuity is added to every dine-in purchase at a rate of 20%.
